		Microsoft FrontPage This software package makes web design a dream.  I use it to make all of my web pages.  Also, it has won several awards from leading computer magazines.   My older version (FrontPage 98) included the Microsoft Image Composer.  I use this program frequently to do my image editing. HTML 4 for Dummies (with CD-ROM) This book will teach you how to program a web page with the latest version of HTML (HyperText Markup Language).  The CD also includes several web authoring utilities.
